Peter DaVanzo Quits Search Blog – Sort Of
(rt) This morning (EU time) we were hit by a headline on Peter DaVanzo’s much famed SearchEngineBlog saying: “Last Post on Search”. (One would assume that there’s nobody in SEO /SEM who hasn’t regularly followed his blog.)
So much for shock marketing!
At least he has the decency to follow it up:
For a couple of months, anyway.
I’ve been writing this blog since 2002, and it’s high time I took a break.
Relief – he’s only going to travel the world for a change, from NZ up to London and some places in between: “I dare say I’ll visit a few pubs along the way.” Ok, and he’ll continue posting pics (addictive somehow, isn’t it?), presumably about his trip and all those inevitable pubs. Maybe someone in the UK can tie him up and lock him away in the store room so he’ll still be there to be hauled over to attend the Edinburgh SEO Roadshow PubCon?

Well, Peter, after that headline you really haven’t deserved it, but we at fantomaster.com wish you a helluva time anyway! And don’t get sunk in all those exotic billabongs …
