fantomTip:
Cool Embedded Browser For You
(rt) Bitty is an embedded browser (still in beta but fully functional as far as we could discern to date) that can be customized and included on any of your web pages – an ideal tool to promote your services and products, including RSS feeds. It even crosses the border to mobile telephony – simply design a miniaturized version of your site and define your WAP feed.
Customizing it on the Bitty site is a breeze: just fill out a form and collect the code either for a cut and paste job or in various downloadable formats. No wonder that Chris Anderson, Editor-in-Chief of Wired Magazine calls it an “Awesome hack!”
See some examples here on our → demo page.
While we still have some contention with the back button not always working as it should and the links link not being freely configurable yet, seeing that this is still a beta release it’s pretty good as it stands.
Bitty was developed by → Scott Matthews of → Turnstyle.
Ultra cool tool when released in final version!
